We want to extend a warm welcome to you and your family. Our team is looking forward to providing you with the state-of-the-art dental care you deserve. We take pride in our performance and our ability to provide you with a beautiful, healthy smile, and teaching you the techniques needed to maintain optimum oral health. We invite you to learn what you should expect in our dental practice, and thank you for trusting our team with your smile.

We strive to make all of your visits as comfortable as possible. For your comfort, we provide blankets to maintain your warmth and pillows to support your head and neck. If you have any fears or anxiety, the doctor may prescribe you a mild sedative. Please contact our practice to learn more about our mild sedation dentistry and whether you are an ideal candidate for this option.

Furthermore, your health and safety is our top concern.  We understand the importance of feeling safe and comfortable. Therefore, we implement the most modern infection control techniques to maximize your safety and health. We follow all of the OSHA and HIPAA guidelines, which is evident during your dental care visit.

Late Arrival and/or Cancellations

We realize situations may arise where you need to cancel and reschedule your appointment.  If you find yourself in this situation, we would ask you to kindly give us at least 24 hours notice by calling our office; otherwise, our office may charge a late cancellation fee.  


We understand your busy schedule; however, if you are more than fifteen minutes late, you may be asked to reschedule.  This will help keep other scheduled appointments on time.


Prescriptions

Please bring a list of all of your current medications to every appointment.  If you need a refill on a particular prescription, please let our office know at the time of your appointment.  


If you do not have a scheduled appointment and need a refill on a medication, please contact the pharmacy directly.  They will call our office for renewal.  Prescriptions will not be refilled after hours.  Annual visits are required for refill requests.


Please allow our office at least one business day to complete prescription requests.  If these are received after 4:00pm Monday – Thursday or 1:00 on Friday, they will be completed the following business day.
